In 2011, I finally wanted to ease some persistent physical discomfort and shed a few extra kilos. A change in diet—that was my plan. And that’s exactly what it was. Before long, I felt more energetic, my jeans fit better, and I realized that even I could actually feel full. On top of that came the daily joy of cooking and truly enjoying my meals.
This positive experience was something I wanted to share—and turn into a second professional path.
Alongside training in nutrition and conventional medicine, I quickly discovered how closely our eating habits are linked to our mental well-being. At the IKP in Zurich, I deepened my knowledge and became a certified nutritional psychology coach.
Since 2008, yoga has been an essential part of my life. It supports me through all phases of life—giving me not only physical strength and flexibility, but also inner peace and balance.
With passion and dedication, I now offer yoga sessions and nutritional coaching to help others on their journey toward a healthier lifestyle. I’m truly grateful for the opportunity to guide and support people in the areas of health, nutrition, and relaxation.
